Finishes And Color Options

We have finally finished setting up our powder coating system in house. We no longer have to outsource our finishes which leads faster turn around times and higher quality control. 

Bare Metal - Cleaned up with a wire wheel after welding and wiped down with de-greaser.  All of the natural imperfections in the steel are visible.  It is meant for you to finish yourself by painting, clear coating or getting powder coated.  If left bare, it will develop rust over time.

Clear Powder Coat - Matt Clear is a 7% flat/matte clear. This color is a polyester top coat powder coat with a flat/matte finish.

 

Black Powder Coat - Dull Black Texture is a rich matte black with a sandpaper like texture. This color is a polyester texture powder coat and has a flat finish. 

 

White Powder Coat - Watson White is a medium white solid tone. This color is a polyester solid tone powder coat and has an eggshell finish.

 

Bronze Powder Coat - Oil Rubbed Bronze is a dark bronze with a sandpaper like texture. This color is a polyester cast powder coat and has a flat finish.

 

Chrome Powder Coat - Super Chrome is the industry's brightest and most reflective chrome powder coating on the market. This color is a polyurethane solid tone powder coat and has a high gloss finish.
